I have found, ever since finishing my coursework, that I do not usually work very efficiently at my residence. In applied math, however, I can theoretically work from anywhere, as long as I have pencil-and-paper, or more frequently a computer.
However, my mode has changed to a bit of desperation. I would like to finish my degree by June, which means that my previous times and places of inefficiency will have to have that problem dispelled. I have been working longer evenings recently in order to try and get work done. Particularly because there is a really annoying problem on my research that I am trying to resolve.
It’s a tough road, but I know it will come out fine in the end. When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
