[O.C.T.O.B.E.R. VI-9] Believe

I believe that every once in a while, it is okay to admit that you have writer’s block, or even if you don’t, to draw on some single-word prompt for inspiration.

Thus, why not I share a few beliefs that I hold recently? As I wrote this post, I realized that it was actually fairly salient… based on words uttered about 9 days ago.

  • I believe that the one-body problem is a trap at work.
  • I believe that timing tends to work out well, even if it seems late or early.
  • I believe that students understand material, albeit maybe on a slower time scale than what is available in class.
  • I believe that most mistakes can be reversed or atoned for.
  • I believe that everything happens for a reason.
  • I believe that this post is not intended as a listicle.
  • And I believe that it was sad not to sing ויאתיו כל לעבדך the last two years in the High Holidays.
  •  ואני מאמין הרשימה הזאת כמו פייוט ששרתי בימים נוראים
הרוץ למצוא דברים לדבר מעניין מאוד!

    • (And I believe that this list is much like a poem that I sang on the High Holidays…
the race to find things to say is very interesting!)
  • I believe that I will knock out the grading of the Differential Equations tonight… if I cut off my post now.
