[M.M.X.I.V. 365] Where this all came from!

As I have mentioned before, M.M.X.I.V. was a challenge from one of my cousins (though I came up with the name).  Today is the end of the year, so this is the 365th post that I have made this year!  I figure that a fitting end will be a pre-emptive “Throwback Thursday” post, to my journal of the day that this challenge was assessed!  Here goes nothing!

The background of the post: my family was staying in the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Milwaukee, for my cousin Ilana’s wedding.

[M.M.X.I.V. 363] Fancy Colours

When thinking about a post for today,  I looked down at the journal that I want to transcribe, and it got me thinking–I have never done a post about the colors that I use in writing! But, it had to come from somewhere, and so I might as well talk a little bit about color codes that I have used.  Oh, and since I have intentionally spelled the title of the post as such, let me throw a bone from the Chicago Transit Authority!

[M.M.X.I.V. 361] CRUNCHES!

When I think of the word “crunches,” there are at least three different things which come to my mind.  One of these was brought up by Mom this morning as we drove to services, and so it got my mind’s wheels turning.  (Interestingly, the format of this post will indirectly relate to the first story of CRUNCHES.)  These are the crunches of gym class, winter, and eating.
